Who we are

The site is operated by GPW Trees, a tree surgery business working in London and surrounding areas. GPW Trees is the controller for any personal data this site actually receives.

What this site collects

The site is static files. It does not run an account, a shop, or an analytics tool.

• Quote form. Name, email, phone, postcode and message are saved in your browser’s local storage on that device. They are not sent to GPW Trees, to a server, or by email. Clearing site data deletes them.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. The host may log IP address, time, URL and user agent for security. GPW Trees does not use those logs for marketing.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives the usual technical request data for that. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may still store the quote locally, which is storage, not a cookie.

Lawful basis

Nothing is collected for marketing. Host logs, if any, are the host’s security processing. Because the quote form never leaves your browser, GPW Trees does not receive that personal data from the form.

How long it is kept

Quote details stay in your browser until you clear them or they are overwritten (the page keeps the latest 20 on that device). There is no GPW Trees database behind this form.

Your rights

Where UK GDPR applies you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object. For data that never left your browser, deleting the site data is the deletion. A published email or phone for privacy requests is not on this site yet. When one is added, it will be listed here and on the homepage.

Children

The site is aimed at householders and property managers booking tree work, not at children.
